I have abused by body for years from being a nurse and carrying a lot of extra weight. Carl took the time to become familiar with my issues and was very thorough during my appointments. He spent the time needed to ease and stretch out muscles that had knots in them for years. Carl utilizes trigger point therapy and uses different massage tools to provide the most benefit to the patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and teaches you what to do at home to keep pain away.
